1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Island TREatz app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description Island TREatz is a multi-platform food delivery service connecting customers, local restaurants, and independent drivers. We facilitate the ordering, payment, and delivery of food and beverages within the U.S. Virgin Islands.
3. User Eligibility To use Island TREatz, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
4. Account Creation & Security Users must create an account to place or receive orders. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity conducted under your profile.
5. Restaurant Partner Responsibilities Vendors agree to provide accurate menus, prepare orders in a sanitary manner, and comply with all relevant regulations.
6. Driver & Delivery Policies Drivers are independent contractors and must maintain proper insurance, deliver safely, and follow laws.
7. Order Acceptance & Cancellations Orders may not be canceled once food prep has begun. Refunds are available for undelivered or significantly incorrect orders.
8. Payments All payments are processed via secure third-party systems. Island TREatz does not store full payment card information.
9. Service Fees & Taxes Fees including taxes and delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
10. Promotions & Discounts All promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time.
11. Prohibited Activities Users may not commit fraud, abuse offers, or harass others.
12. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for food quality after pickup, delays, or incorrect info provided by customers.
13. Intellectual Property Island TREatz branding is protected and may not be used without permission.
14. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
16. Updates We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Customer agrees to us sending marketing SMS or Email to your devices via SMS or Emails.
18. Each order is subject to cancellation and acceptance by the chosen restaurant. If order does not get approved within the (45) forty five minute timeframe the order will be refunded back to your account.
19. Orders delivered from Cruz Bay to Coral Bay (vice versa) will take a proportionately longer time to be delivered. It will our drivers best ability to make sure your order is complete Hot, Fresh and in tact.
20. Our drivers workoff a set rate / tip commision base. It is expected for the customer to tip the driver appropriatedly.
