Island TREatz Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations You may cancel an order within a short window after placing it. However, once the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. When Cancellations Are Allowed You may cancel if:
- The restaurant has not yet accepted the order
- You cancel within 60 seconds of placing the order
- The estimated delivery time has not yet begun
3. Non-Cancellable Orders Orders cannot be canceled if:
- The restaurant has already accepted and begun preparing the order
- A driver has already picked up the food
- The order is already out for delivery
4. Requesting a Cancellation To request a cancellation:
- Open the app and go to your active order
- Tap “Cancel Order” and confirm your reason
- If you cannot cancel in-app, email support@itreatz.com immediately
5. Refund Eligibility Approved cancellations may be eligible for full or partial refunds depending on the restaurant and driver status at the time of cancellation. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Merchant-Initiated Cancellations Restaurants may occasionally cancel orders due to availability, high volume, or technical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.
7. Processing Time Refunds for canceled orders typically take 3–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider (Stripe, Square, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal).
