At Island TREatz, we strive to deliver your meals accurately, on time, and in great condition. However, we understand that things can occasionally go wrong. Here's how we handle refunds and order issues:
1. Eligibility for Refunds You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You received the wrong item(s)
- Part of your order is missing
- The food was undelivered
- The food arrived significantly late or spoiled Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to issue full, partial, or no refund depending on the specific situation and history of claims.
2. How to Request a Refund To request a refund:
- Go to the Order History section in your app
- Select the affected order
- Tap “Report an Issue” and provide details
- Or email us at support@itreatz.com within 24 hours of your order Please include your order ID, a description of the issue, and any photos if applicable.
3. What’s Not Refundable We typically do not issue refunds for:
- Personal taste preferences
- Minor delays due to traffic or weather
- Incorrect delivery address entered by the customer
- Orders older than 24 hours
- Customizations not communicated clearly in the app
4. Credits vs. Refunds In some cases, we may issue Island TREatz credits instead of a full refund. These can be applied to future orders and are typically processed faster.
5. Restaurant & Driver Responsibility While we facilitate the transaction, Island TREatz is not responsible for restaurant food preparation or delivery beyond our platform scope. In cases where the issue is caused by a restaurant or driver, we will work to mediate a fair resolution.
6. Processing Time Refunds to your original payment method (Stripe, Square, Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal) typically take 3–10 business days depending on your bank or provider. We’re committed to your satisfaction and doing right by our community. Thank you for choosing Island TREatz!
7.Each order is subject to cancellation and acceptance by the chosen restaurant. If order does not get approved within the (15) fifteen minute timeframe the order will be refunded back to your account.
